Zimzala is now serving beer flights.  Try a selection of three, 5 ounce servings paired with a small bite.

Celebrate the diversity of wine with our six wine flights.  Travel with us around the world as you explore new wines.

We also offer wine from cask to glass.  In an effort to be green, our wine on tap produces less waste by eliminating the need for bottles, corks, labels or cardboard.  Help us to save the planet one glass at a time.

BACHELORLETTE MONDAYS - WILL RETURN WITH A NEW SEASON
Monday's 8pm - 10pm

Join us in the Zimzala Lounge for ABC's Bachelorette. One of our television's will be tuned into the show and enjoy extended Happy Hour pricing on food and specialty cocktails. Enjoy cocktails such as the loveless margartia; rose tequila, stoli strawberry vodka and pomegranate juice or the rose martini; rose regale sparkling wine, raspberry vodka.

Mothers Day Brunch DESTINATION BRUNCH & BELLINI BAR
Everyday 10am - 2pm

Brunch does not just have to be on Sunday's. At Zimzala we believe that brunch should be everyday. Our brunch menu is available daily from 7am to 2pm, however starting at 10am the fun really begins. When you book a party of four you can purchase bottles of Prosecco for 50% off with your meal or if you book a party of six you can purchase bottles of Prosecco for 75% off. Each person must order an entree to get the special bottle pricing.

Not in the mood for a whole bottle? We do have a bellini bar that consists of different types of bellini's. can only be in the dining room. Guests should RSVP to 714-960-5050

Roy's Specialties ROY'S SPECIALTIES

Our own Huntington Beach local chef is always creating something special and every weekend you can find many of his specialties on our menu. Savory baby back sticky ribs with cranberry-raspberry bbq sauce & peanut slaw. Organic red quinoa salad: baby striped and red beets, baby carrots, green onions, micro celery, micro wasabi, pixie tangerine vinaigrette. Shrimp tagliatelle: house-made pasta, sautéed shrimp, vodka & lemon sauce and fine herbs. Manila clams: nueske smoked bacon, blue moon summer ale, orange walnut toast. Bloody mary semifreddo with candied heirloom tomato and extra virgin olive oil.
